Decluttering, repairs, paint choices, personal items, furniture arrangements and updates are all important, but where does the seller start? Together we walk through the house to create a staging checklist, noting improvements needed to make the home highly marketable. We make recommendations for accessories and art too, all with the ultimate goal of helping buyers see your home as desirable.
