Many times a home staging consultation isn’t quite enough. You may find that you need some additional items to make the house look amazing online and for showings. These packages include items such as artwork, plants, and accessories that you get to keep. No rentals needed.

Vacant Home Accessory Only Staging
starts at $525 (depending on location)
What you’ll receive:
After providing photos, Clover Lane Design will shop for items (approx. value $200) and stage the home.
accessories and plants for the kitchen and primary bathroom countertops
2 pieces artwork for a main area and 1 smaller piece for a bathroom
light accessories for mantel and/or bookcase
towels for primary bathroom
up to 2 hours in the home
artwork, plants, and accessories are yours to keep
Basic Occupied Home Staging
starts at $925 (depending on location)
What you’ll receive:
After the initial paid consultation, Clover Lane Design will shop for and bring in artwork, plants, and accessory items for the main rooms: entry, one living room, kitchen, breakfast room, and primary bedroom suite. (Approx. Value: $350) We’ll focus the staging on these rooms and tackle the other rooms (using items you already own) as time allows.

Deluxe Occupied Home Staging
starts at $1495 (depending on location)
What you’ll receive:
After the initial paid consultation, Clover Lane Design will shop for and bring in artwork, plants, and accessory items for the main rooms: entry, one living room, kitchen, breakfast room, and primary bedroom suite (Approx. Value $500). We’ll focus the staging on these rooms and tackle the other rooms (using items you already own) as time allows.
